4. Use masking tape to secure straws together.
5. Fit balloons on both ends of straws.
6. Insert the structure into the bottle.
7. Secure top with masking tape.
8. Snip the balloon at the larger end.
9. Tie a knot at the smaller end.
10. Fit the balloon below the bottle and start tugging.
